Pearl Electric Motors (PEM)
My primary focus today is developing next-generation lightweight electric motorcycles and mopeds (L1e/L3 categories). At PEM, we reject outdated standards and build our vehicles around uncompromising engineering: from integrating smart BMS and powerful motor controllers to implementing the Type 2 automotive charging standard for two-wheelers.

Project Overview
Pearl Electric Motors (PEM) was founded to eliminate the structural and financial inefficiencies of last-mile commercial logistics.
Built on data from 14,500+ km of real-world fleet operations, PEM introduces the Monolith—an ultra-reliable, 10-year lifespan Micro-EV platform engineered strictly for European B2B delivery networks. The core strategic focus centers on a high-uptime hardware chassis designed for modular adaptation, low maintenance overhead, and rapid scaling.
Core Engineering & Strategic Milestones
1. L1e-B Platform Architecture & Homologation
Engineered a market-ready L1e-B category Micro-EV vehicle platform optimized for European regulatory frameworks. The chassis architecture is structurally hardened for continuous stop-and-go delivery cycles in "Zone 30" city centers, balancing a 45 km/h tactical speed with maximum frame durability.
2. Infrastructure-Agnostic Fast Charging & Battery R&D
Integrated a high-voltage charging framework natively compatible with standard European Type 2 public EV automotive networks (7kW AC).
Achieved a benchmark 0-100% rapid charge time of 30 minutes, completely removing the CapEx-heavy requirement for proprietary battery-swapping infrastructure.
Architected the functional 24S LFP prototype battery pack and initiated R&D for Sodium-Ion (Na-ion) integration with EU suppliers to secure a 100% sustainable supply chain.
3. Full-Stack Hardware & VCU Integration
Headed the end-to-end technical development, physical prototyping, and wiring harness engineering of the vehicle platform. Integrated industrial-grade IoT telemetry driven by a proprietary, in-house developed Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) to provide fleet operators with absolute data transparency and predictive diagnostics.
4. Embedded Systems & Custom UI
Supervised the engineering of a bespoke smart speedometer interface. Managed the integration of custom firmware with ruggedized, 3D-printed structural enclosures to seamlessly mount the digital UI into the vehicle cockpit.

Current Status & Seed Round
The Monolith platform has been brought to a 100% operational, investor-ready prototype state and validated through extensive multi-season road testing in Warsaw. Currently structuring the operational roadmap for the upcoming Seed Round, with capital allocation strictly prioritized for securing final EU homologation (Certificate of Conformity) and deploying initial B2B pilot fleets with regional logistics operators.
